Naturally, you can purchase one of our “in stock” buildings, or you can special order a building that reflects your personal choices if preferred. The lead time on special orders typically requires 30 days for it to arrive at SOS. Upon arrival, SOS will contact you to expedite the delivery on your behalf thereafter.

DELIVERY
The price of a portable building from S.O.S. includes standard, local delivery provided the driver’s truck and trailer has unencumbered access to the site where the building is to be placed. Out of town deliveries will be subject to additional fees contingent upon the load and distance to its final destination. When access is limited, the driver may charge a small fee to employ a device that we affectionately call – The MULE.
The mule as seen in the video is designed to steer buildings into areas that a truck and trailer cannot access due to limited space. Some customers prefer to pay extra for the Mule to maintain the integrity of their lawn particularly when the ground conditions are soft. In doing so, the impact to the lawn is minimized by comparison to the impact of a much heavier truck and trailer. In all circumstances, SOS strives to deliver each building professionally and efficiently with minimal impact to your lawn or surrounding structures.
